Privacy for the current beta
What we store
The beta stores the account information needed to let you sign in, your tutor settings and source preferences, the briefs tied to your account, and the reflections or replies you choose to publish inside the product.
What the system sends to providers
Brief generation, follow-up answers, and some quality checks send relevant prompt and retrieval context to the AI providers that power the tutor. Source material is used to build the cited briefs and follow-up answers, not to claim authorship over the source work.
What may be public
Shared briefs are public. Reflections, replies, and profile details are only public when you publish them publicly. Private tutor settings and private briefs stay tied to your account.
